Spot the difference:

01) Create a new layer(New Layer) and fill it with the color #d92352(hot pink).

02) Your color selection dialog should look & have the same color like mine:


Foreground(1st one) color = d92352
Background(2nd one) color = 000000

Use the Gradient tool on the New Layer(name). Then set the New Layer(name)’s mode to ‘Lighten Only’ mode.

03) Now on the second color; Create a new layer(New Layer#1-name) and fill it with the color #4b98c4(light blue). Again, your color selection dialog should look & have the same color like mine:


Foreground(1st one) color = 4b98c4
Background(2nd one) color = 000000

Use the Gradient tool on the New Layer#1(name). Then set the New Layer#1(name)’s mode to ‘Lighten Only’ mode.

04) Add new layer with a transparent or just white background. Fill the New Layer#2(name) with the texture below.

Add more grungy brushes on the New Layer#2(name). Add some Sharpness(50% only) on the Background Layer(name). Now, Change the mode of the New Layer#2(name) to ‘Divide Mode’. Your layer dialog and picture should look like this:
